The Image Reveal & Ordering session is a crucial part of your experience. It's where you'll choose the images you want to keep and decide on any products or collections you'd like to purchase.

This guide will walk you through what to expect 
and how to prepare for your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment

When Will I See My Images?

After your photo session, we'll take a lunch break for about an hour to an hour and a half. This is a great opportunity for you to explore and enjoy some of the local food in East Nashville. After lunch, we'll meet back at the studio to review all your beautiful images.

Image Reveal & Ordering Session

When we reconvene at the studio after lunch, you'll get to see all the images from your session. This is your time to select your favorites and discuss any retouching or editing preferences you have.

How the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment Works:

During your Ordering Appointment, you'll get the chance to view all the images from your session. We'll display each photo on a monitor, going through them one by one. You'll see a mix of color and black & white images. Keep in mind these are preliminary, unedited "rough drafts" of your photos. Once you select the images you wish to purchase, we'll then proceed with professional retouching. We offer a range of print and digital options for your chosen images.

Duration of the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment:

Each client is allocated a 2-hour block for their Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment. This time is set for you to view all your images and decide on your purchases. While two hours might seem extensive, experience shows it's the right amount of time for most clients to make their choices comfortably. Some clients complete their selection in about an hour, but it's perfectly fine to use the entire allotted time. We aim to provide enough time for a thorough and enjoyable experience while ensuring fairness and efficiency for all our clients.

How should I prepare?

It is normal to be nervous to view your images!! We only softly edit your images prior to you seeing them, and this can be nerve wracking for some people. HOWEVER, you are in great hands. The images right out of the camera already look amazing. Our clients typically enjoy seeing their images with minimal retouching, that way you know how great you look and don't question what we might have edited. This also allows us to give our clients the exact amount of retouching they want, and it gives us the time we need to hand retouch each individual image.

What to Bring to Your Appointment:

Just bring yourself and your chosen payment method. Even if you've already pre-purchased a Collection, you might find something else you love and want to add or upgrade. Keep in mind that we don't offer payment plans after your session, so having your payment method ready is important.

Attendance Policy for Your Session and Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment:

Please come alone to your session and the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment. We do not allow guests, including children, to accompany you during these times. This policy helps ensure a focused and personal experience.

Photoshop and Editing Process:

Before printing, all selected images will undergo professional editing. This includes removing bruises, pimples, scratches, cellulite, evening out skin tones, and lightening dark circles under the eyes. During your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment, you'll have the option to request additional edits, such as removing scars, stretch marks, birthmarks, moles, or tattoos smaller than a quarter. If you have specific retouching requests beyond these, please mention them during the appointment. Be aware that requests outside our standard editing scope might incur additional fees.

Our goal is to ensure your images look their best while still capturing your natural beauty. We're here to discuss any specific editing needs you have!

Viewing Edited Images Before Printing:

You won't see the final edited images before they are sent off for print. During your ordering session, we'll thoroughly discuss the editing process and address any specific requests or concerns you have. Rest assured, this approach has consistently satisfied all our clients, and we're confident you'll be delighted with your final images!

Pre-Session Payment Plans:

Opting for a Pre-Session Payment Plan is a great choice. You can either pay in full or set up a payment plan for your chosen collection before your session. This approach not only helps us tailor your session with specific products in mind but also qualifies you for exclusive Bonuses valued at up to $2000!

Please note that we do not offer payment plans after your session, so considering this option before your shoot is advisable.

This pre-payment method ensures a seamless experience, allowing us to fully focus on creating stunning images for you!

Delivery Timeline for Collection/Album/Prints:

After you've made your full payment, expect to receive your prints and products within 6-8 weeks. If you require a faster turnaround, please discuss this with us during your session. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to expedite your order, though this could involve an additional rush fee.

We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure you receive your beautiful images in a timely manner!

Online Gallery and Second Ordering Appointment Policy:

Please note that we do not offer an online gallery for viewing images. Additionally, we are unable to provide a second Ordering Appointment. All selections and purchases are to be finalized during your initial Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.

Policy on Additional Purchases at a Later Date:

We do not archive images after your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment. This means that you won't be able to make additional orders for images not chosen during the initial appointment. However, if you purchase the Digital Collection, which includes high-resolution files, you have the flexibility to print these images either through us or a third-party printer at any time in the future.

We encourage you to carefully select your favorite images during the Ordering Appointment to ensure you have all the memories you cherish.

Handling of Un-purchased Images:

Any images that you do not purchase during your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment will be deleted following the appointment.

This policy ensures we focus on preserving and perfecting the images you choose to treasure.

All Sales Are Final:

Please be aware that all sales are final. After your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment, you will be asked to sign a Final Sale agreement. This agreement confirms that no changes can be made to your order once the appointment is complete. This includes any modifications, additions, reductions, or other alterations. This policy is uniformly applied to all clients, and no exceptions will be made.

It's important to make sure you're completely satisfied with your choices during the Ordering Appointment, as we're unable to accommodate changes afterward. Thank you for understanding and respecting our studio policy.

Image Sharing Policy:

Your privacy is paramount to us. We will not share any of your images without your explicit written consent. During your ordering appointment, we'll discuss this in detail and provide a form for you to indicate your preferences regarding sharing your images.

We respect your decisions and ensure the confidentiality of your photos, adhering strictly to your instructions.
